- Denominationalism—with its myriad churches
- Modernism—with its social gospel
- Corruptions to God’s design for worship, the home, Christian conduct
- A perverted Doctrine
- Vain and False Hope
- Premillennialism—that Christ will return and reign for a thousand years
- Rapture—That Christ will take up the righteous and give the rest another chance.
- When Christ returns, He will not establish an earthly kingdom; He will return the spiritual kingdom over which He has reigned since the first Pentecost following His resurrection, to the Father. (1 Cor. 15:24-26)
